The Maryland Military Coalition, representing sixteen veterans and military service organizations, submitted the following letter of support for the Maryland Senate Bill 294 to force colleges to close the 90/10 loophole and honor the GI Bill – submitted on behalf of the Coalition’s more than 100,000 members, representing about one-fourth of Maryland’s veterans, service members, and their families.
