Re: Negotiated Rulemaking Committee; Public Hearings (Docket ID ED-2021-OPE-0077)

To Whom It May Concern:

In March, veteran and military service organizations joined together with a bipartisan Congress to finally close the loophole in the 90/10 Rule. Over the years, this loophole painted a target on the backs of veterans, service members, and their families for deceptive marketing and recruiting practices.

Our organizations have fought long and hard to get the 90/10 loophole closed, and it is imperative the regulations strongly reflect this intent. We stand unwavering in our commitment to making the closure of this loophole a reality.
