In 2017, we conducted a review of the complaints we have received from veterans and servicemembers who have attended Ashford, as part of our free legal services for veterans and servicemembers. What follows is a public version of a “trends analysis” document we prepared detailing the types of harm reported to us, organized into nine broad categories, such as program costs and quality of instruction.
