Veterans Education Success filed an amicus brief supporting that where a veteran has multiple periods of service, the veteran may qualify for both the Montgomery GI Bill and the Post 9/11 GI Bill. The brief asks the Court to reverse the lower court’s decision on the merits of the case. The case is Rudisill v. McDonough before the U.S. Supreme Court.
